Welcome to the Series: Becoming a Woman of Wisdom
"A journey of learning, listening, and living the wisdom of God."
Dear Woman of Purpose
Life offers us endless opportunities to choose—how we speak, what we prioritize, who we trust, and how we respond. In a world that’s loud with opinions and flooded with information, the need for true wisdom has never been greater.
This devotional series, Becoming a Woman of Wisdom, was born from a simple yet profound truth: God is still speaking, and wisdom is still calling.
Proverbs tells us that wisdom isn’t hidden or unreachable—it cries out in the streets, stands at the gates, and invites us to a better way of living. And yet, too often, we move through life depending on what we know, what we feel, or what others say, instead of pausing to ask, “Lord, what do You say?”
This journey is not about having all the answers. It’s about cultivating a heart that leans in to listen—a heart that fears the Lord, welcomes His instruction, and trusts His timing.
Each teaching in this series offers a practical, Scripture-based reflection from the book of Proverbs, paired with prayer and personal application. Whether deeply rooted in your faith, rediscovering it, or still exploring your beliefs, you are welcome here. You don’t have to be perfect to grow—you just need to be willing.
Our hope is that, through this journey, you will become more confident in recognizing the voice of wisdom, more grounded in God’s truth, and more courageous in walking it out.
Let’s grow together—as women, as leaders, as learners—becoming more and more the women we were created to be: wise, strong, and full of grace.
With love and expectancy,
Dr. Yolonda Thomas
